Third eye chakra roll-on

The third eye chakra is located in the centre of the forehead between the eyebrows. It is related to seeing, both physically and intuitively. It is our wise centre or ‘third eye’. When it is functioning well it allows us to ‘see the big picture’ and make wise decisions.

The oils I have chosen for this blend are peppermint, Siberian fir, blue tansy and aniseed essential oils, all set in a base of jojoba oil. The rollerball for this one is sodalite, a stone that encourages clear intuition and rational thought.
